- This is a one man operation. That means I am typically busy helping clients, writing content, and generally doing all the tasks required to make a living! So..
- If you write to me with relationship questions, I’m highly unlikely to be able to reply because of #1 (unless you’re a client or customer of course.)
- If you write to me with a business proposition then I may reply, but I don’t guarantee that. It really depends on what the nature of your question is!
In short, I will read every email (or 98% of them..) but can only afford to reply when it is a client or customer (which I set aside time for.) Business queries can be an exception of course.

If you have ANY problems or queries whatsoever regarding a purchase or paid service from me, I insist that you let me know right away.
Reply to ANY of my emails, or fire a new one to email@example.com and tell me what is on your mind, and I promise to get back to you within 48 hours (more likely within 24 hours.)
If you do not hear back from me in that time, please RESEND your email — multiple times if you wish — because I take customer service very, very seriously.
