Breakup Coaching by Email
If you're stuck on a decision and can't see it straight from inside it, this is built for that.
I work with people going through a breakup who want a clear-headed read on their specific situation — not a script, not a guarantee, just an honest second opinion from someone who's read a lot of these.
What this is, and what it isn't
A good coach gives you the best read available on your situation and the clearest set of options. Not a promise about what your ex will do with it — nobody controls that, including me. What I can do is help you think it through properly rather than alone and looping at 2am.
Two things it isn't, said plainly so you're not buying the wrong thing:
It isn't a plan for getting them back. I don't write the text. I don't pick the moment. If you want the sequence, other people sell it and it isn't sold here — not out of squeamishness, but because a reunion produced by counterfeit moves has to be maintained by counterfeit moves, and nobody keeps that up. What I'll give you instead is an honest read, which sometimes includes the answer that this one isn't retrievable, or shouldn't be. If that's the read, I'll say so. That's the service, not a failure of it.
It isn't therapy, and I'm not a therapist. I'm trained in Gottman Method Couples Therapy (Level 1 & 2) and I've been writing about breakups since 2011. If what you're carrying is heavier than a breakup — you're not sleeping, not functioning, not safe — a GP or a therapist is the better call, and that's what I'd tell you if you emailed me anyway. You're welcome to email me too. Just not instead.

How it works
Two options:

- Monthly Coaching: Unlimited email for 30 days, $590
The "one shot" suits a one-off question or pay-as-you-go. The month suits something you're going to be inside for a while.

1. A single email — $30
Send me $30 and one email of up to 300 words that:
- Explains the situation
- Says what you're actually asking
Then get on with your day.
What you get: one direct reply from me. Brief — I'd rather give you the useful part than the long version.
Turnaround: 48 hours. There's a $50 option if you need it inside 24.
What it's good for: you're stuck on a decision. You want a second opinion from someone who doesn't know either of you. You want to know whether what you're about to do is a good idea, and everyone you'd normally ask is either in the story or sick of it.
What it isn't good for: an answer about what your ex is thinking. I don't know. I've never met them, and neither of us gets to find out from here.
Pay securely: By debit/credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay or Google Pay
Refund Policy: non-refundable, because the time isn't refundable once it's spent.

What it's for: the stretch where the decisions keep coming and none of them are obvious — whether to reply, whether to move out, what to do about the mutual friends, whether you're kidding yourself. Things that are genuinely hard to see clearly from the inside, and easier with someone outside it who'll be straight with you.
What it won't do: shorten this. A month of me doesn't compress a year of grief. What it can do is stop you spending part of that year on decisions you'd have made differently with a second pair of eyes.
